Having trouble with card payment?
Try the following steps:
1. Verify the accuracy of the entered details
- Card number – enter the digits slowly, one by one
- Card validity – in the format MM/YY (month/year)
- CVC code – 3 digits on the back of the card
- Cardholder's name – exactly as it appears on the card
2. Enabling foreign payments
Your card must have foreign payments activated.
How to enable them:
- Log in to internet banking
- Find the section Cards → Settings
- Activate the option Foreign payments
- Or contact your bank by phone
3. Browser settings

4. Additional recommendations
- Refresh the page and try the payment again
- Clear the browser's cache
- Use a different device (e.g., phone, tablet)
- Try incognito mode (private browsing)
5. Limits and balance
- Check if you have sufficient balance on the card
- Verify daily limits for online payments
- Some banks have low default limits for internet transactions
6. Temporary bank or payment gateway outages
Sometimes the issue may be caused by system maintenance on the bank's or payment gateway provider's side – these situations are more common on weekends. In such cases, we recommend trying the payment again later, for example, the following day.
You can check the status of the payment gateway at gopay.status.io.
7. Alternative payment method
If none of the above solutions help, contact us to request a change of payment method to bank transfer.
