🛠 Complaints, returns, and exchanges

🔍 STEP 1: Choose what you want to address

Within 21 days of receiving or delivery of goods
Goods must not show signs of wear or damage
We refund the full amount for the goods + basic shipping costs (in case of returning the entire order)

The product is defective or stopped working within the warranty period
If repair or replacement is not possible, the amount will be refunded always by bank transfer

If the purchased goods do not suit you (e.g., size, type, color), we offer an exchange
In case of exchange, you withdraw from the purchase contract of the original order
The amount for the original order will be refunded by transfer upon receipt of the goods
Create a new order – quickly and without waiting

Pack the goods (preferably in the original packaging, if you have it)
Attach a copy of the invoice (you can also use the original if an electronic invoice in the email is sufficient for you)
Attach a note or write on the back of the invoice:
- Withdrawal / Complaint / Exchange
- Order number
- Account number / IBAN
- Contact: email or phone – in case contact is needed

📌 Tips for smooth processing:

🔒 Use sturdy packaging – especially if returning fragile or electronic goods.
📄 Attach the invoice or its copy – speeds up order identification.
📝 Attach a note with all details (type of return, order number, contact) – helps with quick processing.
⏱️ The more organized the package, the faster the processing – we usually process within 2–5 business days.
