As a registered business customer, you automatically receive quantity-based discounts according to your annual turnover. The program operates transparently — the discount is calculated only from paid orders and is updated daily to always reflect your actual purchase volume.

Individual Pricing

  • If you plan to purchase a larger quantity of specific products, we can offer individual pricing conditions based on volume and assign them directly to your account.

Invoice Payment

  • This option is automatically available for customers at the GOLD level who meet the required internal criteria.
  • Upon individual agreement, invoice payment can also be activated for any B2B customer after successful verification by a scoring agency.
  • Activation is handled individually – we assess payment history, stability, and the resulting score.
  • If approved, the invoice payment option will appear directly in the e-shop checkout.

How We Calculate Turnover

  • We include the total value of orders from the past 12 months, updated automatically every day. A fixed CZK/EUR exchange rate of 25.00 is applied for the calculation.
  • The calculation is based on the VAT-excluded value of all paid and valid orders.
  • We include only orders marked as “paid” or paid on delivery and subsequently accounted for.

What Is Not Included

  • Unpaid or cancelled orders.
  • Orders that were fully returned.
  • One-time project or tender pricing (unless agreed otherwise).
  • Any fees not included in the paid invoiced amount.

B2B Program Conditions

The B2B program is intended for registered business customers, and the discount is activated once the defined turnover threshold is reached, with the level updated automatically at the next recalculation, usually within 24 hours. The discount is calculated from prices excluding VAT and is based solely on paid and valid documents; cancelled, returned, unpaid, or credited orders are not included. The discount applies only to new orders after the level change and cannot be applied retroactively. Individual pricing, project prices, clearance sales, coupons, or special promotions may take precedence, in which case the group discount does not apply. The program is tied to a single company ID and cannot be transferred to other entities or individuals. Some products may have their own minimum order quantity (MOQ), which is not affected by the discount level. The discount also applies to personal pickup if the order is created online under a logged-in account. We reserve the right to verify new business customers, for example via VIES or other sources, or to restrict the program in case of unpaid debts, violation of terms, or system abuse. The program rules, discount levels, or turnover thresholds may be adjusted at any time, with changes announced in advance. Upon request, we can provide a summary of orders included in the turnover calculation.

How to Join?

  1. Create an account and fill in your company details (company ID, VAT number, billing e-mail).
  2. After quick approval, B2B prices will appear automatically when you log in.
  3. We monitor turnover continuously, and once the required threshold is reached, the discount level switches automatically.
