Standard Programming Method

1. Remote Preparation

  • Hold button 1 and press button 2 four times
  • Release both buttons
  • The LED of the universal remote will emit a quick flash every 2 seconds

2. Remote Positioning

  • Place the original remote control in front of the universal remote
  • Maintain a distance of exactly 2-3 cm

3. Signal Copying

  • Press and hold the button on the original remote that you want to copy
  • Hold until the LED turns on with a fixed light
  • Then it will start emitting a double flash every 2 seconds

4. Code Storage

  • The LED will start flashing quickly
  • Press the button on the universal remote (1-4) where you want to store the code
  • Hold until the LED turns off

5. Receiver Activation

  • Activate the procedure to insert the new remote control into the receiver
Note: To copy another button, repeat the entire procedure from step 1.

Method for BFT Remote Controls

1. Remote Preparation

  • Hold button 1 and press button 2 four times
  • Release both buttons

2. Positioning and Copying

  • Place the original remote at a distance of 2-3 cm
  • Press and hold the button on the original remote
  • Hold until the LED lights up continuously and starts double flashing

3. Transmitting Seed Code

  • Transmit the seed code of the original remote:
  • • Press the hidden button on the back, or
  • • Press buttons 1 and 2 simultaneously (newer models)

4. Completion

  • The LED will flash quickly - press the button where you want to store the code
  • Hold until the LED turns off
  • Activate the procedure in the receiver

Method for FAAC and GENIUS Remote Controls

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Verify that the remote control to be copied is a MASTER. When pressing any button, the LED should issue a double flash rather than switch on immediately as a fixed light.

1. Preparation

  • Hold button 1 and press button 2 four times
  • Place the original remote at a distance of 2-3 cm

2. Copying

  • Press and hold the button on the original remote
  • Hold until the LED of the universal remote lights up continuously
  • Then it starts emitting a double flash every 2 seconds

3. FAAC/GENIUS Preparation

  • Prepare the FAAC/GENIUS remote for seed code transmission
  • Press buttons 2 and 3 simultaneously

4. Final Copying

  • While the FAAC/GENIUS LED is flashing
  • Place it in front of the universal remote (2-3 cm)
  • Press the button you want to copy
  • Hold until the LED changes flashing frequency (faster)

Automatic Matching Code (AMC)

Automatic Matching:

  • Press the button you want to match code
  • Hold until the receiver emits the code
  • The LED of the remote flashes quickly
  • Release the button - the remote's code has been matched successfully

Emitting Seed Code:

  • Press buttons 1 and 2 simultaneously
  • Hold until the LED flashes quickly
  • Release both buttons
  • Press the button you want to emit seed code

Optimal Conditions for Copying:

  • Distance: Exactly 2-3 cm between remotes
  • Batteries: Check battery status in both remotes
  • Environment: Copy in a room without strong electromagnetic interference

Pre-Copying Checks:

  • Verify that the original remote works properly
  • For FAAC/GENIUS, check that it is a MASTER remote
  • Ensure the LED of the universal remote lights/blinks according to instructions

Common Problems:

  • LED not blinking: Check batteries, repeat the first step
