  • CPU, GPU and power semiconductors
  • LED modules and power LED applications with heat sink
  • Power converters, power supplies and industrial electronics
  • Service replacement of thermal paste and prototype assembly

Package contents

  • 1x Shin-Etsu X-23-7921-5 Thermal paste, 5 g (syringe)

Why choose this product?

  • Defined parameters for thermal interface design (thermal conductivity, thermal resistance, viscosity)
  • Stable properties within the specified operating temperature range
  • Suitable for applications where low oil separation rates and low volatility are required

Installation and operating instructions

  • Before application, clean the contact surfaces from dust, grease and remnants of the original material.
  • Apply a thin, continuous layer and use the pressure of the cooler to ensure even distribution
  • Remove excess material with a soft cloth.
  • Store in a closed container; after opening, consume within a reasonable time according to storage and handling conditions.

Safety notice

  • Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin; wash hands after handling.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Do not use on surfaces where contamination of optical or contact surfaces could occur.
