Description

Compact and precise point laser module with a wavelength of 405nm, aluminum body and focusable lens offers projection in the form of a point, line or cross (optional). Ideal for aiming, marking or various optical applications. Thanks to the focusing option and wide projection angle (120°) it is also suitable for more demanding projects with requirements for precise line output.

Construction

During assembly, it is necessary to electrically isolate the laser module from other metal parts. The laser diode usually has one pole connected to a metal housing, which serves as a heat sink. A direct conductive connection could damage the diode. At the same time, we recommend using antistatic agents, avoiding clothing that generates electrostatic charge, and touching a grounded object (e.g. a heater or water pipe) before handling.

Cooling

The module does not require any additional cooling due to its low power and efficient heat dissipation. It is also suitable for closed installations without the risk of overheating or shortened lifespan.
