Metal cable gland IP68, 180°C, PG thread
The cable glands are completely sealed and have an IP68 rating. This means that the metal glands are dustproof and protected against the continuous effects of water immersion. CSS-PG cable glands are ideal for harsher environments and outdoor applications. Resistant to salt, alcohol, oil, grease and common solvents. Ideal for harsh industrial environments. For use with unarmoured cable.
Material:
Parts A, C, F are made of high quality brass with nickel-plated surface
Parts B, D made of temperature-resistant silicone rubber
Protection level: IP68 – water resistant up to 5 bar pressure
Working temperature: from -40 °C to +180 °C (short-term up to +200 °C)
Flammability class: UL94V-2 – low smoke, halogen-free design
