Technical Specifications
Input Voltage: 220-265 V AC
Output Voltage: 2.4–12 V
Output Current: 500–800 mA
Compatible Batteries: NiMH, NiCd (2.4 V–12.0 V) batteries with nominal voltages: 2.4V, 3.6V, 4.8V, 6V, 7.2V, 8.4V, 9.6V, 12V
The charger outputs voltage corresponding to these nominal values and adjusts the current 500–800 mA to match the capacity and number of cells in the battery pack. For instance, if you have a 7.2V battery (6 NiMH cells), the charger recognizes it and charges it at the selected current level (500–800 mA) until fully charged.
Connectors: Tamiya, mini Tamiya, JST, SM 2P, Barrel, HuanQi
Cable Length: 150 cm
Operating Temperature: 0°C to 40°C
Storage Temperature: −20°C to +85°C

Step-by-step battery charging instructions
1. Preparation and connector selection
- Place the charger on a flat, non-flammable, and dry surface; ambient temperature 0 °C to +40 °C.
- Take the DC adapter with six connectors from the package and select the appropriate one according to the battery type (Standard Tamiya, Mini Tamiya, JST, SM-2P, Barrel Plug, HuanQi).
2. Connecting to the mains and the battery
- Plug the charger into a 100–240 V AC outlet; the LED indicator will light up (blinking/steady depending on the mode).
- Connect the battery to the DC adapter connector with the correct polarity (+/–); the charger will automatically set the voltage (2.4–12 V) and current (500–800 mA).
- Only connect NiMH or NiCd batteries, never others; if you are unsure of the battery type, contact a specialist.
3. Charging process
- Red (steady) – active charging.
- Blue (steady) – the battery is fully charged; the charger switches to maintenance mode.
4. Completion and maintenance
- After the maintenance cycle ends, first disconnect the battery, then unplug the AC adapter from the mains.
- The maximum connection time for the battery is 24 h.
- After each use, clean the connectors from dust and debris.
- Store the charger in a dry place at temperatures from –20 °C to +85 °C.
Safety warnings
What to do
- Always use approved batteries and original connectors.
- Regularly check the condition of cables, connectors, and insulation.
- Ensure adequate ventilation and supervision during charging.
- Keep the area around the charger dry and free of flammable materials.
What to avoid
- Do not exceed the recommended charging time and do not leave the battery connected for more than 24 h.
- Do not cover the charger and do not place it on soft or flammable surfaces.
- Do not insert or use damaged or unsuitable batteries (e.g. Li-ion without proper support).
- Do not leave children or pets unsupervised near the charging device.
